We Aim To Help Solve The Affordable Housing Supply Crisis

through our pioneered system that will include key relationships to ensure the success of this fund.

Our investors will experience more significant cash flow above and beyond typical rental properties. Rental payments are 100% guaranteed by the U.S. Federal Government despite economic events.

Do you have a question?

Who We Are
We aim to provide access to high-quality, affordable housing for low-income to middle-income families and individuals in The Housing Voucher and Home Ownership Voucher Programs.

OUR STRATEGY

Our strategy is what we call the BRRRR Method. We Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat using a unique buying strategy.

The significance of the model is that RCG can acquire high-quality properties in safer, more affluent neighborhoods at a deep discount below fair market rates allowing low- and mid-income families to participate in the American dream of homeownership. Over time, the tenant builds ownership interest in the property along with good credit history.

We acquire homes through purchasing 1st position non-performing residential loans, or NPLs.

Buying the debt and foreclosing puts the investor in control of the hard asset at a fraction of the fair market value of the property.

Once acquired, RCG will own the property free and clear and be in 1st position; all rent and mortgage revenue generated will be a significant cash flow minus taxes, and insurance.

1
ACQUISITION

Purchase Non-performing loans from mortgage lenders and proceed to foreclosure.

2
VALUE-ADD

Renovate properties then populate them with qualified renters and buyers.

3
EXIT

Refinance then watch rent & mortgage revenue generate to give you significant cash flow.

Reimenn will work with nationally recognized loan servicing, property rehab, and property management
professionals to market and provide a pipeline of high-quality, affordable houses in high-opportunity areas.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to break the cycle of familial poverty in less than a generation. We understand that housing is just a single pillar in economic development, but it’s where we are starting the journey.

Quality Housing. Safer Neighborhoods. Better Life Outcomes.
According to Harvard’s Research of Opportunity Insights, breaking the cycle of poverty and closing the income gap for low-income Americans greatly depends on where the low-income American happens to grow up.
WHY

The affordable housing supply crisis has been around since the great recession 2007-2009. Since then, just in January 2019, the United States has had a shortage of 7 million affordable homes for low-income renters. In other words, only 37 affordable homes were available for every 100 low-income renters. The lack of housing affected the most economically vulnerable individuals and families.

Due to the crisis, millions of Americans have suffered from eviction and homelessness with little to no housing options. Often, this leads to financial insecurity, which takes a toll and affects everything from health and mental well-being to poor academics for children and food insecurity, amongst other adverse effects.

This problem has been around for decades, and any policy to address it has been underfunded, deferred, and inadequate. We think we can be a part of the more comprehensive solution.

Buying a home is an essential tool ordinary people have for building wealth..
